Kare Distribution is a subsidiary of Vivaro Corporation a provider of innovative Telecommunications products to the fast-growing Hispanic community. It is our Direct Store Distribution (DSD) and marketing organization. We built the largest Hispanic distribution network in the United States servicing the hard-to-reach independent grocers, bodegas, tiendas, carnicerias and other locations where our consumers live, work and shop. Our field personnel are comprised of consummate sales and marketing professionals, each personally dedicated to serving our consumers and retail business partners. Kare also works with a select group of distributors that share our commitment to serve the Hispanic consumer. Our combined distribution network reaches over 60,000 locations in the United States alone. Kare provides each store and distributor with superior products, outstanding account management, excellent commissions, point-of-sale and other marketing support.
